Goal-setting, critical thinking, creativity, networking, time management, effective communication and planning are key important skills for success in today’s world. Considering the importance of these soft skills, opportunities to develop them are rarely provided in Afghanistan, in either formal or informal educational settings. Therefore, to bridge this critical gap, EBA offers a wide range of workshops, personal and career counseling programs to help students discover their interests, and to develop valuable soft skills that are relevant to their future career goals.
