Niloufar Javdani is the Interim HR Lead at Education Bridge for Afghanistan (EBA), where she focuses on developing organisational processes, strengthening HR systems, and supporting team structure and coordination. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has spent several years living and working abroad in India and Belgium, experiences that shaped her commitment to inclusive, resilient, and people‑centred organisational cultures.
Niloufar is driven by a personal mission to empower girls and young women. Having witnessed the barriers many girls face in accessing education and professional growth, she is dedicated to helping build systems that remove those obstacles for the next generation of Afghanistani students.
