Registration 3 questions

Afghan learners and eligible education centers can submit an enrollment request through the relevant pathway on the website.

No. Duplicate registration from different sources can confuse records and may lead to temporary or permanent removal from the program. Choose one clear registration route.

The program is designed for Afghan learners who have lost access to formal education and need a structured learning and examination pathway. Learners should provide accurate official information during registration.
Examinations and Certificates 10 questions

Examination requests are reviewed, scheduled and delivered according to the available subject, level and verification requirements.

Exams that lead to official certificates must be held in person for Grade 9 International Level 1, Grade 12, International Level 2 and International Level 3.

No. For Grade 12, International Level 2 and International Level 3, certificates are issued only after successful in-person examination and identity verification.

For Grades 7 to 11, except Grade 9 learners applying for International Level 1, an online exam may result in a conditional transcript. It is not a replacement for the official certificate.

They must take the relevant in-person exam. After successful completion, the official certificate for that grade can be issued according to EBA policy.

In-person exams protect academic credibility, verify student identity and keep issued documents aligned with national and international standards.

No. A Grade 9 learner who wants International Level 1 must take the required in-person exam before the official document can be issued.

EBA manages the certificate process connected to its education and examination pathway. Final issuing depends on the approved examination process and the relevant certificate rules.

Learning progress can include regular online assessments, but exams linked to official certification require the verification process defined by EBA, including in-person exams where required.

A common reason is an unclear or incorrect answer-sheet scan. Make sure the scan is bright, complete, organized and shadow-free before uploading.
BANFES Guidance 4 questions

EBA is a UK-registered education charity building a digitally delivered and internationally aligned education pathway for Afghan learners who have been denied access to formal schooling.

BANFES is designed for low-connectivity situations. Learners can use downloadable resources and submit required exam materials when they have weekly internet access.

Learning content is provided only for education. Republishing, copying or distributing materials without permission is not allowed.

Students must avoid cheating and unethical behavior. Violations may lead to advice, warning, temporary suspension or permanent removal.

Learning pathways 2 questions

In the normal pathway, learners continue through grades 7 to 12 according to the Afghan curriculum and work toward the official grade 12 completion document.

The accelerated pathway is for learners who started late or want to finish faster. Grades 7-9 can be completed in one year and grades 10-12 in one year.
Results 5 questions

Open the BANFES exam section, select the exact weekly exam folder, and use Search Result with the numeric and alphabetic codes printed on your answer sheet.

Final-exam results are accessed from the relevant BANFES exam folder. Use the result search for that final-exam round and confirm that the grade, date and exam code match your answer sheet.

Use the numeric code and alphabetic code shown on the left side of your personal answer sheet. Enter the codes exactly and never use another learner’s answer sheet.

The usual causes are selecting the wrong exam folder, entering a code incorrectly, an unclear or shadowed scan, missing pages, or an answer sheet that is still being processed. Check the folder and upload requirements before submitting again.

First recheck the selected exam round, your two codes and any available answer key. If the result still appears incorrect, submit the confidential EBA complaints form with the exam date, grade, codes and a clear explanation.
International Level 3 6 questions

International Level 3 is a pre-university planning pathway. Learners select a field and three core subjects after reviewing their academic ability, Level 2 results and intended university programme.

Choose according to your interests, strengths, previous results and future degree. Before final selection, verify the exact subject and grade requirements of the destination university.

The EBA Level 3 pathway guide plans three core subjects for each field. The final combination must still be checked against the receiving university’s current entry requirements.

No. Universities and countries may set different subject, grade, language and foundation requirements. Confirm the current programme requirements before starting the pathway.

No pathway can guarantee admission. The receiving institution makes the final decision after checking subjects, grades, language evidence, identity documents and its other requirements.

No. Official Level 3 certification requires the applicable verified assessment process, including identity checks and an in-person final examination where required by EBA and the awarding route.
Accelerated exams 3 questions

Accelerated A covers grades 7, 8 and 9 in one year. A comprehensive exam is held at the end of each grade and a final exam is held after grade 9.

Accelerated B covers grades 10, 11 and 12 in one year. Exams are held at the end of grades 10 and 11, and the final period exam is held after grade 12.

At the end of the first four-month period, a comprehensive grade 7 exam is held. It forms 70 percent of the final grade for grade 7 subjects.
Level 2 Assessments 4 questions

A descriptive assessment requires the learner to show working, reasoning or written explanations instead of selecting only a multiple-choice option. Follow the instructions and page count shown in the active BANFES folder.

Current EBA/BANFES notices may include practical experiences for Physics, Biology and Chemistry. The exact task, evidence and deadline are announced for each active assessment.

Open the exact descriptive-exam folder and upload one clear image in each requested page slot. If the folder requests four pages, submit exactly four ordered images and complete the email verification step.

Use the formats accepted by the active upload form, normally PNG, JPG or JPEG. HEIC/HEIF may be rejected, so convert it before uploading. Keep every page bright, straight, complete and free of shadows.
