If you mean the last prompt that Codex itself generated or ran for a task, I don't have access to Codex's internal history or your account's previous prompts.
But if you’ve done something in ChatGPT/Codex and want to see the prompt again:
If the same chat is still open, it is usually in your previous messages.
If Codex has done something on GitHub/Codex Agent, you should check it in the same Session or Task History.
I can't view or retrieve "Your Account's Last Codex Prompt".
If you say:
What were you doing at Codex?
Or what has been the output?
I can recreate the same prompt or even a better version of it for you.
