From Center Registration to Quality Delivery

Follow the complete operational path for becoming and remaining an EBA-connected educational center. Each stage identifies the required actions, safeguards and responsibilities.

Stage 1

Initial Interest and Eligibility

Understand the EBA/BANFES partnership model and confirm that your center can meet its basic educational, operational and safeguarding responsibilities.

  • Review the EBA mission, learning pathways and center responsibilities
  • Confirm a safe learning environment and a responsible center representative
  • Estimate learner numbers, available classes, devices and internet access
Stage 2

Submit Center Registration

Complete the official center registration form with accurate institutional and contact information.

  • Use the official EBA center registration form
  • Enter the center legal name, address and current contact details accurately
  • Submit only one registration and keep the confirmation reference
Stage 3

Documents and Identity Verification

EBA verifies the center identity, location and the authority of the person responsible for the partnership.

  • Provide available registration or authorization documents
  • Provide valid identification for the responsible representative
  • Confirm the center email, phone number and physical location
Stage 4

Partnership Review and Agreement

The center capacity and educational need are reviewed before roles, data protection and cooperation terms are formally agreed.

  • Respond to EBA clarification and readiness questions
  • Review the partnership roles, examination integrity and data-protection terms
  • Sign the approved agreement and code of conduct
Stage 5

Safeguarding and Staff Readiness

Every partner center must maintain a safe, respectful and non-discriminatory learning environment with accountable staff.

  • Assign a safeguarding focal person
  • Brief teachers and staff on professional conduct and confidentiality
  • Establish a clear process for reporting safety concerns or complaints
Stage 6

Technical and Learning Setup

Prepare the devices, connectivity, BANFES access, learning materials and timetable needed for regular delivery.

  • Check computers, phones, scanners and backup access
  • Activate authorized BANFES accounts for responsible staff
  • Download the relevant curriculum, study guides and timetable
Stage 7

Student Registration and Data Quality

Register each learner once and maintain complete, accurate and confidential student records.

  • Use the correct school-student registration pathway
  • Record names, identity details, contact information and learning level accurately
  • Prevent duplicate registrations and protect personal information
Stage 8

Teaching, Attendance and Guided Learning

Deliver the assigned learning plan and document attendance, weekly participation and learner progress.

  • Follow the approved curriculum and teaching schedule
  • Record attendance and participation in guided learning activities
  • Use MOCK assessments and progress evidence to identify support needs
Stage 9

Examinations and Answer Uploads

Conduct assessments securely and upload clear, correctly identified answer sheets through the approved BANFES workflow.

  • Protect examination materials and verify learner identity
  • Use the correct response-sheet codes and approved image format
  • Upload complete answer sheets without alteration and retain submission evidence
Stage 10

Reporting, Quality Review and Certification

Continue reporting, correct identified gaps and follow the approved assessment and certification pathway for every learner.

  • Review BANFES results and center performance reports
  • Complete corrective actions requested during quality monitoring
  • Use only approved examination and certification processes
  • Keep center contacts, staffing and learner records up to date
